GOALS
My goals are directly correlated with the thing I love most in my life, track and field. My goals are to become a coach full time and be able to coach kids and help them learn to love the sport as much as I do. This also goes along with becoming successful as a coach and being able to work with the best of the best. I want to be able to be confident in the things I coach and have the respect and trust from my athletes.
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
I Expected to learn how the lifestyle of a full time coach was and what they had to do in order to accomplish everything they needed to in a days work. I also wanted to learn how and what an Olympic athlete was thinking while coaching and picking out the most important aspects of the throwing form. I did learn those things to the best of my ability and it has helped me with not only my performance in track and field but also helping to coach fellow teammates and young athletes.
